Big THANK YOU to Tony at the 8th St Thirlby’s for helping me get the correct wiper blade arm and wiper for my GMC Acadia today. He spent almost 30 minutes getting me the right parts, fitted the tricky blade on the arm and then installed it for me before I left. I so appreciate the extra effort the Thirlby folks show their customers. Also, as a woman, I’ve always been treated respectfully and never have I been “talked down to” by any of the guys when I go in to buy parts for myself or on behalf of my husband. Thanks again. 😁
Got the alternator through these guys and went to go get my core this morning and was told I can't do it because they don't have enough money in the registers talk about being unprepared I just drove all the way from Cadillac
