I had the longest wait. Each tech/sales person worked with me for a while and then went on break during the middle of a sale. Each time I had to start from the beginning. I went to Apple to purchase two iPhone 7 Plus. I walked away with one after 4 hours. My son couldn't get his because apple wouldn't let him use their computer to backup his phone. It was a long miserable day
Great service. Very professional. Fixed my problem and can multitask.
Went to Apple Store to buy an iPhone 7 plus 256 GB. Took 1 queue, when arrived my time was told that the only available color was rose. Had to come back about 40 minutes late. When I came back, waited not more than 5 minutes, and FINALLY got it
