You receive poor rating because I was given a replacement phone last year only to have more problems this year with my "new" phone. I went in for an appointment only to be told my phone has no warranty and I have to replace it and pay $329. RIDICULOUS! A "new" phone should NOT be giving me all these freezing causing me to be unable to send texts, make calls or surf the internet. Why spend this kind of money for a crappy iPhone! You guys are sucking people for their money! Not mine any longer!
