I called the store and asked a simple question about how long it would take to fix my iPhone screen and how much it would cost. They put me on hold for 25 minutes and finally dropped the call. I always get the worse customer service from Apple, especially this specific store. I can't believe some people rated 5 stars. it's a joke.
