RecommendedThird north was a fantastic place to live. I was there over 4 years and would strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to live in the North Loop. I use a wheelchair and needed some modifications and random help (moving large packages, help getting stuff in my car) and the entire staff was more than willing to lend a hand. Good spot, good price, great service.

I lived at Third North Apartments for five years - first by myself in a studio, then in a one-bedroom with my husband. I had an excellent experience. The building is modern and well taken care of. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful, from planning resident events to making sure you get all of your packages delivered. Plus, the location in the North Loop is great since you're so close to shops, restaurants and transit! I was proud to call Third North my home.

This building is absolutely amazing! The best part is the customer service. The staff are incredibly. So on top of everything and doing whatever they can to make each resident's experience positive. For example, if you receive a package, they offer to personally drop it off to your apartment. They have free yoga and boot camp classes, a great gym, fun residents events and everything is really clean. The second you have an issue like a light bulb going out, Brooke, maintenance manager, is immediately there to fix it. The unit... read more

We've been living here for almost a year. Staff is excellent! Facilities kept up beautifully, maintenance requests fulfilled in a timely manner. Residents are friendly and lots of dogs!
