Recommendedi ordered led optix bulb for my fog lightsand they are still on been over a year ! fast and and great service knew exactly what i needed!
we purchased a fog lights I March of this year and they fell apart. 2 year warranty but can't get customer service.
Bought the Optix 7" RGB Halo progector jeep headlights and so far I can't get the APP to run for more than a minute or two, after that I have to shut down the APP and my phone completely and restart to get it to work for another minute or two, wondering if the App is bad or if the RGB module is Bad? Waiting on a response from 3rd gear on a fix? Will update if they correct the problem???
No customer service or response for warranty issues
Editing my first review, had these headlights for less than a month, they completely cut out when I was driving down the express way the other day, I'm not a moron and understand wiring. The bulbs are now two completely different colors. I have to smack my headlight to even get one headlight to turn on...thanks for the safety hazard guys. 30 phone calls have been made to you and still nobody picks up there. Found them on eBay and purchased a pair of HID bulbs. They have been working great for the last 3 months. They even allowed me to pick them up since I was close by. Highly recommend!
Bought front and rear Password JDM rotors over a month ago have not seen my items purchased off Amazon contacted seller via Amazon they tell me that they are going to give me 10% off or they asked me if I would like to just cancel my order obviously I wanted these that's why I bought them so why would I cancel my order delivery was supposed to be on August 9 it's almost at the end of the month and they emailed me today stating that they may send it out tomorrow well if that's the case I would like it expedited overnight for ... read more
