All staff members as well as the Dr. were friendly and professional. However, I wish they would run your insurance before the day of your procedure. I like to know in advance what it's going to cost. I called this am and was quoted one cost then the staffer who I paid, quoted an amt double of what I was quoted in the am. She fixed it but it still wasn't what I was quoted. They are very efficient and very professional. I sense they genuinely care about their patients in this fast paced world. They call to check on their patients and are always willing to answer any questions that arise. I love this place!
