This is still my favorite coffee in Austin. I particularly love the Peruvian Coyona and the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and constantly inquire about the Ethiopian Harrar coming back. :) Each one is aromatic, flavorful, all the notes are there and it is so drinkable, no cream or sugar ever needed. Plus it's always fair trade or transitional and always organic. I am a faithful Third Coaster.
