I recently moved to Austin from out of state and this was the very first restaurant I went to. Our waitress asked for an ID to hold for our table's tab and I unfortunately offered mine. Shortly after leaving I realized I never got it back. I called that night and told them what happened, said I would come in the morning to pick it up. I was told they couldn't find it. Server could not have cared less about us. Didn’t bring plates for appetizers. Drinks took 8-10 mins to be delivered. Didn’t listen when another drink was ordered. 1 chicken wing was completely undercooked (didn’t care about that either). Flirted with touching of another coworker behind the host stand. Horrible experience. Will not be back.
Horrible service, our server didn’t even try to clean tables from previous guests and forgot our order and came back to see if we were okay 20 minutes later. We said no we placed an order with you already
It was our first time to check this place out, we heard it was a good place to watch any sports game. We went to watch the UT game so we knew the service would probably be a little slower since it was a busy day. I can be pretty patient, especially in those situations, however we received one drink in 1.5 hrs. We ordered a second drink and an appatizer and never got them so we finally decided to leave.
