Low quality plastic degrades into tiny pieces with time . This happened to card holder , battery holder which I just throwaway . Even the street walker bag inner plastic also degrades with time . Life time warranty is crap ...exempted under wear and tear . Joke....... when the bag hardly being utilized .

Hi Think Tank, everyone here feedback that your bags are of good quality . I bought one of your bags from the local seller to a photography trip once. Now I couldn’t use the bag as the zip is “corroded”, as told by the salesperson. I have two other bags from Think Tank but do not have this problem. I do like your bags a lot but this came as a big disappointment to me.😔
I have the hard case rolling one. Love it 😊I can take the removable case inside out and just carry it if I have to.
Well designed, well thought out, high quality gear. Solid construction from good materials, very dependable. Airport series stands up to the rigors of travel and my Change Up belt pack is indispensable.

I sent the company an email from their website 9 days ago and a chat request on FB and never got an answer. We are missing a hip strap for the bag we purchased and just want to know how to acquire another one. Unfortunately we're still waiting for an answer. After paying close to $300 for a bag, we're pretty disappointed in their customer service.
