I had an issue with my bag that some companies would argue "Wear & Tear" but without hesitation, Justin, one of their customer service reps via chat, offered to mail me out a replacement part and instructions on how to install. Oh no - but I'm in Canada. "No problem, Trevor - we'll still ship it to you and at no charge. What's your address?" This is a top notch company. Yeah, you pay a premium for their products...but it's nice to know it's not just for the sturdy, beautiful bag...but for the customer service too. Big fan. T... read more

I love all of my Think Tank kit. In Iceland with the Think Tank Trifecta, my favorite as it indicates I am carrying the gear for me. When I am working for clients that means Airport Security or Hard Drive Pro.
Be aware before buying think tank products, I got below response from customer service team [ Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or return the Retrospective 40 because it was not purchased directly from us and we can't tell retail stores or distributors what to do.]

It’s always hard to find a backpack that suits all your needs. With the versatility of the Heli pack, I can fit absolutely everything I need for a two day excursion, extremely satisfied customer :-)

Their bags are well made and of excellent quality. The designs are all designed with the photographer in mind I wouldn't be with out my Retrospective Leather bag.
