I was just thinking the other day about my Airport Bag. When I originally purchased it in 2007 it was literally a capital expenditure. But OMG it is almost 2019 and I’m still using it. I’ve replaced the wheels twice and lock once but NEVER in any of my careers have I owned a single product for so long. To this day I only buy Think Tank bags and equipment. The unfortunate part is, they’re gonna outlast me.

Have many products from the brand and the Airport roller bags had served for many faithful years but at the same time created many years of daily frustration with the retractable handle.

So I just got my Street Walker Pro v2.0 about a month ago. I was really impressed with the build quality and finish, much nicer than my old bag. I mostly used it around home for the first couple of weeks. Today I managed to put it to a real test, when I fell in a lake wearing it out on a hike today. I swear I thought I ruined thousands of $$ worth of gear. I scrambled out of the lake thinking there was probably 5 gallons of water inside the bag. Opened it up, bone dry!!! I've been a long time fan of Think Tank Photo! Their products are designed by photographers, for photographers and built to last. My fave bags include the Retrospective 5 for days when I want to go light, and their Airport Advantage roller for days when I need to carry more or travel.
