Stay away. They hardly carry any items of good quality. They make mistakes in engraving and they make their own rules when deciding whether to engrave an outside item or not. The manager Ozzie was no help either. This will be my last time at the store.

Didn't know what to give to great grandpa on his 80th birthday...we walked in Things Remembered and WOW! Personalized pens, paperweights, lockets, anything...and not pricey

Very disappointed and angry that they ruined a special recognition award for a members last meeting. Ordered an award ahead of time when I picked it up the day of, the award was a mess. It was very sloppy with paint everywhere and marks all over it. They said they can redo it and have it ready in time for the event. Stopped in again at agreed time and they hadn’t even started on it. Will definitely not be returning and don’t recommend for glass engraving!
