Didnt get the xmas presents i ordered cause took 2 weeks for them to ship it and it was only a small engraving on a keychain. Very upset

Staff was super helpful, experienced and fast. Had a small engraved plaque made same day. Interactive kiosk app allows you to see engravings exactly as it will be when finished. Definitely recommend Things Remembered for personalized items.
A lot of great items to choose from. They also personalize items right in the store in about an hour. The service was great and the store offered items for Him and Her, Mr. and Mrs, Mom and even had a small section for Healthcare workers like nurses.
