This is by far the worst experience I have had with a physician. I have chronic pain in by back which as a result has also caused intense Sciatic pain down my leg. The Dr was suppose to call my insurance company prior to a procedure he was to perform to ileviate it, Dr Thimineur ever called, I visited with him and explained. He said " it fell through the cracks" and that he would call the insurance company, AGAIN!!! It never happens, as I called my insurance company. I am switching physicians.
