Dale was very nice. After assessing the problem said I didn't need a new faucet that it seemed to be just a washer replacement. The faucet was old so he did advise me to replace the cold water handle which was not something he stocked but told me where I could find one. After he replaced the washer I went right over to the hardware store he suggested and purchased the new handle. The faucet is now good as new. I would call him again.
Dale was extremely professional but also very friendly. Due to the age of my home, he encountered some unexpected difficulties. He advised me what the issues were as he continued to work on resolving the problem to allow him to complete the projects. I would definitely recommend Thiessenhusen to anyone who needs any plumbing work done! Excellent, excellent job.
Plumber came right away and replaced the float switch.
Dale was very courtious and on time for our initial appointment. He had more work involved than expected, but handled it very professionally.
Excellent job - had to replace a broken water heater ASAP. Dale took care of me the very next day - in and out in less than two hours.
Did a very good job promptly and professionally. Was pleasant and knew what he was doing. Passed the City inspectiion perfectly. Moved items around the water heater and cleaned up the space after the job as I am in a wheelchair and could not do it. He even noticed I was having furance problems too and refered me to a company as good, honest and professional as he was.
Dale was great. Same day service. Couldn't fix the problem, and didn't charge me.
