Very helpful. Went above and beyond initial water heater install and replaced another valve at almost cost of the valve.
By far the best experience I have had with a service professional. I called them early afternoon after an emergency with my water heater and he was able to come and replace it same day. Dale was a very polite and efficient worker and the price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the circumstances. He also came all the way out to Port Washington at no extra charge. I would highly recommend for all plumbing needs.
I had intended to have my sump pump replaced since it was original to the house. Mr. Thiessenhusen came as scheduled and showed me how to test the pump and said it would be a waste of money to replace it since it still works as good as new. I was very impressed with his honesty. I will contact him for any future plumbing repairs.
The visit to my house came very quickly after my request. The work was very thoroughly done. Would definitely recommend.
They were very helpful in installing the new water heater, and even helped assure that other repairs that needed to be made were taken care of.
Excellent job done, took the time to listen to my concerns, did not automatically say I would need a new water heater before trying to repair the old one. Spent a quite awhile before actually saying the old water heater could no longer be repaired.
