The plumber contacted me promptly. His hourly rate was reasonable. He completed the work in a timely manner, even returning to complete the last step because I did not have the fixture I thought I had on the original day. He was friendly, positive, competent, cleaned up the area when finished and in addition offered me helpful maintenance suggestions.
