I have been dealing with chronic back pain since I was 18. I was told to deal with it because surgery was my next option. I have delt with it as best as I could sometimes crippling me to where I couldn't walk or crawl in severe pain. I'm 38 now and I was prescribed muscle relaxers and heavy anti-inflammatory drugs which didn't help but I took them.
