Avoid this place like the plague. I'm actually extremely sad that this is the kids of treatment our kids receive while at ISU. Nothing more than a waste of money and they truly don't care about getting kids healthy just cashing checks. Pathetic.
Came in last Thursday with reports of a 104 fever, chills, and body aches and was only tested for covid and flu. Doctor came into the room not having checked the test results and did it live on the computer in the room. Both came back negative and he proceeded to tell me it was just a cold and that I wasn’t contagious??? And that it would be entirely gone by Saturday. Absolutely LOVE it here. Amy and her nurse, Katie i think, are TOP NOTCH. They really take the time to get to know you and your situation, life and are cognizant of that when treating you. They have absolutely saved me during this postpartum period of my life when even my OB was making me feel discarded. You can tell they really care about your wellbeing here and you as a person. Absolutely terrible place. Recommended PT and told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Didn’t give me anything for the lingering pain I’ve had for months in my shoulder and had no further advice or instructions beside “rest”.
