Had a full HVAC replacement in 2020. Thiele wasn't the lowest quote, but they were professional and had the best warranty. Everything went well. Minor break-down today (2020), capacitor failed in my AC. Mike the repairman was professional and friendly, he diagnosed the problem and effected a repair in only a few minutes. I had a capacitor problem this year (2026). The AC repairman, Mike Pressley came out and got everything fixed. He was incredibly friendly and polite and did a thorough job.

One of their drivers just pulled out of the McDonald’s at 71st and Binford just tried to hit me with his work van. He pinned me between another vehicle that cut me off because I wouldn’t let him cut me off too. The man began honking at me and intimidating me calling me profane names. I wouldn’t never use this company they hire horrible people and and in my line it work I will never use them as a vendor and make sure everyone I know cancels them too.
