Lovely hotel but not the best equipped gym. Plan for cardio and light dumbbells.
Ask for rooms at upper levels. It's closer to the amazing roof top bar, views get better and you hear less of the traffic outside!
Ask for a suite ending in "04", the views are incredible..and the little things like birds chirping in the morning make this hotel so special. OH and the rooftop bar can't be beat. Get Duck Fat Fries.

They charge you for WiFi by device - this is corporate theft!
The Phoenix Lounge, with a menu of classic cocktails, a reader-friendly wine-list (“Lush Red”, “Buttery White”), Mediterranean-inspired dishes and live acoustic sets from local artists is great.
Best breakfast in state lake tavern. Have the salmon Edda Benedict. They smoke the salmon on site.
