Their rooftop bar is iconic.
Good central location and decent size rooms. Rooftop bar is nice as well and good free breakfast if you are Diamond status.
Drinks are delicious , view amazing, service great

Nothing, very average
King room is amply sized. Beautiful views from 2001. Be mindful if your room is over the train you will hear it. As a New Yorker it didn’t bother me. If you’re from the burbs it may freak you out.
Nice hotel and a great location. Walk to Millennium Park or Michigan Avenue shopping.
The rooftop bar has amazing views.
