Jody is definitely a Supertrainer! I lost a total of 25 lbs and love the way I look now. He definitely will push you to the limit! It’s fun working out with the other people as well. Unfortunately, I had to move so I had to leave but he is an amazing trainer. Worth every penny. Highly recommend.
