I’ve been going to Frankie for years because he’s simply the best stylist in DC! Whether I just need a haircut or the works (color/highlights/lowlights/shadow roots etc), Frankie provides exceptional service. Not to mention he’s hilarious, so time in the chair flys! I always look forward to my appointments
I highly recommend Frankie to anyone with hair issues! I have a trichotillomania which is a fancy way to say that I pick at my hair. I’ve been embarrassed to go to salons due to many stylists not understanding how to deal with the issue. Frankie made me feel so comfortable and was able to work with me to get my hair to what I wanted! He made me feel beautiful!! 100% recommend.
I cannot recommend Frankie and TheStudeo enough. His salon is a true safe haven, especially for anyone with unique hair needs. I have extremely fine, naturally very light blonde hair, and finding a stylist who truly understands how to work with it has always been nearly impossible. Updated again for 2025: love working with Frankie because we try out a lot of styles and colors. Did a new shade of brunette yesterday and love it (forgot to take a photo!) Updated: I went Friday 7/3 for the first time since Covid. I felt very safe. Everyone had a mask on the whole time and space was adequately separated from other clients. I have bleached my hair for years. I recently came across Frankie when I was on a search for a blonde specialist to save my hair. It was over processed and it broke off over 4 inches. He met with me for a consultation and explained my options. He reassured me that everything would be okay and promised to see me through this journey. He has gained a new client!
