I've been a runner for ~5 years, and Dr. John is one of the essential reasons I've been able to enjoy the sport for so long. Call me crazy, but based on plenty of experience with both fascial stretch therapy (Dr. John's expertise) and medical doctors (fond of overdosing you with ibuprofen), I can confidently recommend going to the stretch doc before any other service. He's saved my competitive career on multiple occasions, and might just be a wizard.
Recently went to see “the stretch doctor “ Dr. Vigil for tennis elbow pain. He is amazing! Have been following him for the past 9 yrs and has always helped my family and myself with aches and pains. His office and working area is always clean, he is very friendly and professional. Explains all procedures thoroughly.
