I was very impressed by the personal attention given to my order, as well as their concern for making sure my certificate got to them safely and the plaque got back to me the same way. Greg called me personally to go over the specifics of the order, and then emailed me when my plaque was out for delivery. The final product is gorgeous. I would recommend Thermo Plaque for any document preservation project.
