This company is literally THE COOLEST in the Refrigerated trucking business! They are ultra friendly, courteous, professional, detail oriented, and fantastic at record keeping for my trucking fleets accounts which makes my tax filing for maintenance and operational costs A BREEZE!
This place saw i was in a bind with the refer malfunction and totally, I mean totally ripped me and my company off. Avoid this place if you can. They are a very poor representative of Thermal King in my wallets opinion. Very very dishonest people with a smile on their face. SMMH. If I could rate in the negative they would be in the basement far as a rating goes.

Staff was excellent and helpful when I was deinstalling and reinstalling camera equipment from one truck to another. Especially the truck painter.- there is always something to learn from your elders!
