After reading the following review, I experienced no racist problems here at Thermo King! I was helped right away and they kept me aware of what work needed to be done. I was also made aware that workers that caused issues to customer satisfaction was terminated. Maximum complete time 3Hrs that was for PM servicing on my APU Tripac, and Pm service on my heating system...
these people are nice over the phone but as soon as they saw that I was black they were too busy to help me.....they were busy playing video games.. welcome to the south
