A previous company attempted to install a brand new furnace and instead damaged it and made excuses for six weeks as to why it wouldn’t work. Caleb, from Thermo, was recommended to me. He came out the same day I reached out to him, ordered the parts, and fixed the furnace so that it was back to new condition. He communicated every step of the way and did exactly what he said he would do and turned a very bad situation around quickly.
