Did great work, very professional
After returning from a trip to the ER for a family member, we walked into a house that was ice cold. Our furnace had stopped working and the temperature outside was in the negative range. I called Thermo after finding their company on Facebook, and Caleb answered immediately. He told me he would be here within the hour to assess things. He diagnosed the problem and was back not too many hours later after picking up the necessary parts when the supply store opened.
