After returning from a trip to the ER for a family member, we walked into a house that was ice cold. Our furnace had stopped working and the temperature outside was in the negative range. I called Thermo after finding their company on Facebook, and Caleb answered immediately. He told me he would be here within the hour to assess things. He diagnosed the problem and was back not too many hours later after picking up the necessary parts when the supply store opened. Caleb was a great and experienced worker. Very professional, very outgoing, and very respectful checking out my furnace. I’d recommend him to anyone needing to get their heat or ac done.
Kaleb was awesome, he came the same day I called and was on time. He fixed our furnace and it was very reasonable. I feel like he is very honest and I will definitely use him again.
