Thermal HVAC is a family owned business that has serviced my heating and air conditioner units for many years. The employees are knowledgeable, skilled, professional, prompt, and personable. I have always been pleased with their repair service and ongoing maintenance plans. No upselling or push to buy services that are not needed and their services are reasonably priced.

Russell did an awesome job fixing my AC. He showed up on time, found the problem quickly, and got everything working again. Very friendly, honest, and professional. Thermal heating and air is a smaller company. They respond with actual conversations rather than an automated selection process. The keep you informed if they get held up. They respond to break downs in a mannerthe works with your schedule or as close to it as they can. Also clean , polite, and respectful! They offer annual service contracts
