Can i put 10 Stars because this is what they are all about. going over and beyond the call of duty. I bought my home ( now rental ) from them without any trouble and they also manage the property far better than i can. The most important ( let me say this again ) , the most important part in the my rental world is that my tenants are happy and like who they are dealing with when it comes to property magmt. Therese is just wonderful! She is an excellent property manager. We have a condo in San Ramon and whenever there is an issue she is all over it, and fast. She keeps me and the tenant informed throughout the process! She is connected to so many contractors that whenever we need something, she finds the right person to do the work, arranges a convenient time for the tenant and meets the contractor to see the task to completion.
