If you’re looking for your future home in Florida in the 30A area Theresa Felton is your realtor. I’ve worked with several realtors over the years and she surpasses all the others. She jumped right in and supported me through the entire process. I just moved from Georgia to Panama City Beach and Theresa was phenomenal! She called/texted me throughout the process to keep things on track and to check on me. I’m so thankful for her support throughout the entire process. If I ever need to move again, I definitely choose Theresa.

Theresa is a great agent!! Her responsiveness is unmatched by any agent I have ever worked with. She has your best interest, as the client, in mind at all times. I am so happy that I was introduced to her and used her to make my FL home purchase. If you’re in the market, call her, you absolutely will not regret it!!!

Theresa is a fantastic Realtor!! She's personable, knowledgeable and no one works harder for their clients. Most people underestimate the importance of having a professional Realtor on their side. There are many variables in a real estate transaction and Theresa's expertise allows her to guide her clients from start to finish without stress or negative surprises. I highly recommend Theresa as your Realtor!

Theresa is the best!!! She was so helpful throughout the entire process! She consistently made sure we were taken care of and walked us through each step as it was our first home purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a realtor.
