Casey and the Therapydia staff are wonderful. I had a hip flexor issue for several months caused by running and joint hypermobility. With various exercises and dry needling, they were able to stop the pain. I can finally run with my dog again and it's amazing. Casey thoroughly explained what the root of the issue was and why he was applying certain exercises to my routine. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about physical therapy, and I definitely recommend going there!
The facility is very clean. Casey and Josh are extremely knowledgeable in treatment options. I felt they not only listen to what I verbalized but also read my body reactions immediately. After each sessions I have felt my lower back pain decreased to some degree. At this time I have little to no lower back pain. I appreciated that they e-mailed me exercises to do with pictures along with written instruction. The other staff are friendly. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a great physical therapist!
I went to Therapydia after spending about 4 weeks in a boot as a result of a badly sprained ankle. Casey and Lisa treated me great! I went in once a week after work and went through a range of exercises. The variety of exercises were great and the difficulty increased as needed. Casey monitored my overall improvement and gave me a few rounds of dry needling. My calf was crazy tight and Lisa went right after. Casey did a great job rehabbing my torn hip labrum. He gave me realistic goals and exercises to perform a few times each week, and within a few months, he had me back to normal. I would absolutely recommend him.
Josh worked with me for a few months to help with shoulder, back, and finger pain I was experiencing from climbing. Climbing is a HUGE part of my life, and for about two years, I was experiencing pain that nobody was able to help me fix. When I came to Josh, he came up with an awesome and thorough treatment plan that included PT exercises and dry needling.
