Kristi Snyder has been working with our elementary aged child for a few months now and our daughter has been making great progress. She loves her appointments and really enjoys working with her therapist. Kristi also gives great updates and ways to support our child at home.
Kristi Snyder has been great to work with thus far, she’s flexible when things come up, communicates with us after every session, and is always friendly and relatable. I really appreciate that she never pressures my child and meets them where they are. It’s rewarding when my child comes home from school excited to tell me they remembered something from their sessions with Kristi and even got an answer right on a quiz because of it. If you're looking for a neuroaffirming speech-language pathologist in Cary, NC, I can't recommend Kristi Snyder at Therapy Tree Services enough. We had been told our son would need ABA before he could access speech therapy. That wasn't our goal for him, and we wanted an approach that respected who he is. Kristi connected with him right away. My 3 year old daughter started services as non-verbal and started making great progress thanks to their amazing staff, though we were unexpectedly told by the company that her therapist of almost 1 year was no longer working there, and our options were to either be waitlisted or be discharged from their services. I'm giving a 1 star not because of the staff but because of how it is being ran. Very disappointing nobody informed me that my w therapist no longer works here and when asked about the situation they gave no importance to try and give us any kind of explanation. My son wasn’t able to say goodbye and he really liked his therapist will no longer be bringing him here.
