I was enthusiastic about joining one of their studies as I was looking for something that might help alleviate my condition. Unfortunately, staff is cold/apathetic. I did, however, complete the study. Dr. Bhatia mentioned this being one of the worst cases he had seen yet did not provide any insight or other potential alternatives to the investigational product after having completing the study. You won't find better care than Dr. Bhatia's team at Therapeutics! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and helpful to the patients and it feels like they truly care about you while you're there. Marc and Dr. Bhatia take the time to get to know you as a patient and really listen to the reasoning behind what made you seek out a Dermatologist in the first place.
