I reached out to Theory & Method feeling interested and hopeful about working with one of their therapists. Unfortunately, the intake and scheduling process was very frustrating. After my initial inquiry, I was told I could schedule via text and began messaging about available appointments. I confirmed the time and date that worked for me and included a follow-up question but I didn’t receive a response back. Five days later, I reached out again to ask for an update. Literally life changing. I appreciate the providers here, as well as the billing manager who is always responsive and helpful. Any issues I have ever had with billing and/or insurance have always been dealt with quickly and with continued communication. My provider here has been patient and kind, and provided a safe space and positive experience. I am so grateful to all of them.
