A year ago my vet started a new office when I called to schedule an appointment they refused to tell me where my vet went too. And refused to help my ferrets. Today I needed them in a pinch due to the Coronavirus. I called them ahead of time they told me they had their medication when I got there they refused to help my ferrets due to me giving them a one star review. Way to help pets in need. If you need a vet go see Dr Barr at his practice Theodore Vetenary does not care about your pets. They care about reviews.
Dr. Myers and all the staff are awesome - they made an appointment and saw my pet within 2 hours of when I called them. The surgery was completed that afternoon. Not only were they in constant communication with me, but everyone was unbelievably friendly and professional.
I was frantic. My 6 month old had a unusual break on her left front paw. My vet was unavailable. 🙁 I have since switched to Theodore Vet. Dr Hodges did an amazing surgery with pins on Addie. I had to leave her over the weekend because of a death in the family. They took amazing care of her. And every time I called to check on her, they were so sweet and patient to give me an update. One call, Dr. Hodges got on the phone to update me. What great customer service. I highly recommend this group!!! True animal lovers!❤️❤️

They say they treat rats. But I just called to make an appointment for my rat and was told to go elsewhere! But, their flea treatment is great!
I can't say enough about this hospital/clinic and boarding facility. The facility is beyond excellence. The front-desk and boarding staff as well as the treatment staff are everything you could possibly expect. All the doctors are certainly included. Over the last few years our three dogs have been frequent, as they call them, guest. Our yellow lab regularly has required medical care and recently had a life-threatening condition requiring intense care and hospitalization.
