Dr. Benderev is amazing at what he does. He has great bedside manners and the procedure was painless.
Great experience all the way through. Communicative and transparent about the whole process. Made things quick and easy.
Was very nervous about procedure. But it was over very quick and the pain was minimal. No needle is the best part. I do plan on taking off work one week and relax for recovery. I am on my third day and there is no pain anymore so far.
When it comes to taking care of your downstairs, I was beyond pleased, given the circumstances haha. From start to finish, Dr. Benderev and his team treated me with respect and total customer service. He was wonderful during the procedure. Talked me through step-by-step, kept a conversation going to keep me distracted and was careful to ensure I was as comfortable as possible.
