Despite the limited menu, the food is delicious and well presented.

We chose The Mint Gastropub as my first restaurant after my Celiac diagnosis. I was delighted at the kind, knowledgeable staff who helped discuss the safest options for me. There was so much to chose from, I was excited to see this beautiful burger , it truly did taste as good as it looks! Thank you for helping make my first nervous experience such a positive one!
I eat at The Mint three days a week because the staff is so friendly, the food is always fantastic, and since they can cater to the short amount of time that I have to eat. I am always amazed by how clean the restaurant is and I love all of their food options. I cannot say enough great things about The Mint and their entire staff (especially Lee). Definitely the best in its class in the Lehigh Valley!
