When I was first visited for making my plans for post-surgery care, I was not told that part of the caregiver payment would be an overtime charge. I would have requested 2-3 eight hour shifts instead of 2 twelve hour shifts. It was very expensive. Also, a caregiver (or 2) took some food items without asking if they could have it, including alcohol beverages. Communication skills with the office staff was terrible.

These folks are fantastic! They really listen to the client's needs, and their caregivers are great. Plus, they follow up and keep the family in the loop. MT mother has alzheimer's and is very difficult, and the are really helping her.
