I was referred to the Key by my insurance company, after my wife suffered an accident. I contacted the Key the day before her release and a caregiver was there as she was being wheeled into our home. During the six weeks that my wife needed home care, Lisa, our primary caregiver was superb. Her great level of care was instrumental in my wife's recovery. The agency itself was excellent. Allison Larking, Mila Altaweel, Elena, and the Caretakers have provided outstanding care for our mother over the last 5 months, and a critical member of our local care team. We used the Key for the past six years to help take care of my sick and elderly mother. The caregivers are compassionate, patient, and truly went above and beyond. For the last few years of our Mother ‘s life, she needed 24/7 care. Cindy, and the people at the Keys worked really hard to make sure that our Mother got good care. If there were any problems or concerns, they were dealt with. The caregivers that stayed with Mom, were exceptional: Nejma, Kadra, Bibi, Cynthia, all treated Mom with respect and love, like she was family.
