For the last few years of our Mother ‘s life, she needed 24/7 care. Cindy, and the people at the Keys worked really hard to make sure that our Mother got good care. If there were any problems or concerns, they were dealt with. The caregivers that stayed with Mom, were exceptional: Nejma, Kadra, Bibi, Cynthia, all treated Mom with respect and love, like she was family. When I was first visited for making my plans for post-surgery care, I was not told that part of the caregiver payment would be an overtime charge. I would have requested 2-3 eight hour shifts instead of 2 twelve hour shifts. It was very expensive. Also, a caregiver (or 2) took some food items without asking if they could have it, including alcohol beverages. Communication skills with the office staff was terrible.
