I booked an appoinment 3 weeks ahead and the lady was out of town so request to send the text to remind her about the appoinment I texted twice and got no reply so I called back a week ahead again to confirm it and she mentioned that the appointment is confirmed and I can come. When I went for the booked time she mentioned they didnt have the chemical needed for keratin treatment and didnt find my number to inform me so they are booked back to back.
