I was told that if I bought multiple masks, one would be free, so I added extra items to my purchase. However, when I checked my receipt, I was charged for all of them and no free item or discount was shown. Very disappointing experience. Promotions should be explained clearly, and customers shouldn’t have to figure it out after paying. Please double-check your receipt before leaving the store.
I have been a members and frequent customer of The Face Shop for nearly a decade now, safe to say I will never be buying from this company ever again. The marketing team for this company are some of the most money grabbing, dollar pinching scammers I’ve ever encountered in retail.
