I'm very satisfied with this car cover folding is so easy
Follow up on my previous review the supervisor did call me back and said the agent was incorrect and that I did order a lifetime warrantee but the old cover is replaced with a better cover for $60 more. I gladly paid the difference if it will hold up. Buyer beware, the warrantee on the lifetime cover is 60 days The sun dissolved the cover and it now leaks and they said sorry. I am on hold right now. I would have even been willing to purchase another at a discount but not after how I am being treated.
I have been calling all day to cancel an order - on endless hold, then call is dropped - many times. I was going to upgrade to a more expensive car cover, forget. There customer service is very bad, someone comes on to ask if they can call you back in a couple minutes, never got a call back. I finally get someone, she says order is canceled, receive an Email saying, Thank you for your order, it will ship soon. I will not buy from them with this complete lack of professionalism.
