I was very impressed with Thebco and very happy with my new doors. Jason did an excellent job on the installation and I was very impressed with the care and time he put in to make sure everything was done to perfection. Was a great experience and the windows look great. They truly do work as sound barriers! Then installers were totally professional and left everything cleaner than when the started. My installers were Chris and Rick.
Jason and Doug from Thebco did a wonderful job installing our French doors. They were friendly and efficient. They even did a great job cleaning up when they were done. The doors look amazing and we definetly give them a 5 star! Would highly reccomend Thebco.
We had 4 new Thebco windows installed and couldn't be happier. The awning window that was installed in my kitchen is perfect and I am wondering what took us so long to do this! Matt did a great job installing them and was efficient and friendly. Happy we decided on Thebco and look forward to the next set of windows being installed next year.
Just had two new Thebco windows installed in our upstairs bedroom and they look great. Installer Jason and his partner did a fantastic job! They were prompt, efficient, did a great job of cleaning up (you won't even know that they installed windows, it was that clean). Sales guy came out Tuesday of last week. Said would have a quote that night. Never called to say he was going to be delayed. Called Thursday said he would get us something that night and was waiting on someone. Nothing again. Email him Tuesday and sends back a quote that was padded at least 7 grand over local big name competitors. I don't have a problem with people making a living or some jobs being to small for certain companies but a little honesty goes a long way.
