I was very impressed with our installer Matt. He did a great job and took special care to keep things clean and made an effort to keep our home as warm as possible while replacing our windows since it was a very cold day during installation. I give a 5 star for Matt! For the rest of my dealings with Thebco, I would give it 3 stars, I experienced poor communication and a very slow timeline that was very different from what we expected. We recently had 7 new windows installed. Jason and his crew did a wonderful job! They were very professional and courteous. One of my concerns was the mess the installation would make, but Jason's crew kept everything immaculate. We love our new windows, the house is retaining heat much better than it did last winter. We're looking forward to lower heating bills this winter. A huge thanks to Jason and his crew! We will definitely be using Thebco in the future for any other window replacements and repairs.
