We ordered two corner shelves for the shower. They are glass, with a chrome bar and chrome attachments for placement. Much prettier than anything available locally. They arrived quickly and were packaged well so no concerns about breakage. Very happy with this product and service.

Really great response to my much belated request to return an item. I was away for a few months and didn't decide to return it until 4 months after my purchase. Mike was so helpful and I just shipped it back to the supplier and got a full credit from The Bath Outlet within a week or so. Amazing!

They literally shipped my pieces out within hours of me placing the order. I was anticipating at least a 3-5 day true lead time so I must say, at this point I am Quite Impressed.

Lots of options w/good prices. My only problem was that the pieces I ordered for bath towel bars, toilet paper holder, hand towel holder didn't come with a template for installation. It's so very helpful when they do and mine did not. Perhaps it's cuz I didn't go direct through the manufacturer...or maybe their other brands do, but mine did not. I do like them though and they'll look nice once I'm finally able to get them up.
