RecommendedI had a problem with a stripped Allen Screw for a towel rack I had purchased 15 months earlier. Mike at Customer Service looked into it and arranged for a replacement to be mailed to me at no charge. It was a small piece, but it makes all the difference in keeping the towel rack on the wall.
Great customer service and nice high end products at good prices. I bought some fixtures that didn't fit the in wall plumbing. I didn't find out until many months after purchase and TheBathOutlet cheerfully paid for return shipping and gave me store credit.

I ordered the TSH05 tub and shower system. It was exactly the contemporary look I wanted for my new bathroom, and while I felt it was a pricey choice at the time once I received it the quality was evident. My installer managed to misplace the two small gaskets that fit in both ends of the handheld shower hose.
