My order was placed on 8/22/17 and still hasn't been shipped! Called the customer service twice, first time they told me my address sounded funny (what is that supposed to mean?!)and that they had sent an email confirming my address which I haven't gotten, and had said my order will be shipped the following day. Called today, the order has not still been shipped! If it is not shipped by Tuesday I'm thinking about asking for a refund because it is just ridiculous that it takes 2 weeks to ship a single palette!!! Not ordering ... read more
