Had an issue with a product I purchased. What makes me infuriated is that I emailed company Customer service and received no response. Three weeks later I expressed the horrible customer service. I received a response asking for the information I had already previously emailed. Now weeks gone by and still no response or resolve. I want to start off saying that I do like the products from this company. The poor rating is solely due to their customer service. I ordered one of the design your own pallets containing nine shadows. It arrived in good time and was well packaged only I was missing one of the shadows. Amazing products! Amazing service. Somehow my shipping address got switched and delivered to an incorrect address. I emailed to explain the situation and they generously shipped me another one! Did i mention the products are AWE-TASTIC!
